How and when am I billed?

The cost of the SecureDock program is billed to your personal credit card annually. During your first year as a SecureDock client, your annual bill is prorated beginning in the month following when you sign up for the program through December 31st of that initial year. Each subsequent year is billed on January 1st of the new year. Should you decide to terminate your participation in the SecureDock program, please be aware that there is no prorated refund of the annual fee. Prior to each year's renewal charge, you will receive an email notification of the upcoming annual charge. Should you wish to terminate this service, you will need to respond to this email notification prior to January 1st. After your credit card is charged for the annual fee, you will immediately receive via email a detailed receipt noting that the annual charge has been completed.

Can I store "special" documents that are not listed in the current box categories?

We realize that there may be certain documents that you wish to store on the SecureDock system that are outside of the standardized categories. The goal of SecureDock is to allow you to store and retrieve what we consider to be the most common strategic documents. The system is not meant to be utilized as a storage system for all of your individual, business and trust documents. In order to accommodate this type of request as much as possible, we have added an "other" item to each of the individual, business and trust categories. SecureDock reserves the right, however, to decline to store certain documents if we feel its outside the stated purpose of this system.
